Camp description

Lions Swim Camp is a comprehensive developmental program designed to help swimmers refine their technique and enhance performance across all four competitive strokes. Each day of the camp will emphasize a specific stroke, with focused instruction on essential racing components including starts, breakouts, turns, and finishes.

The camp is ideally suited for swimmers ages 8 to 18 who are proficient in all four strokes. All participants must have prior swimming experience and be able to swim independently without assistance. We are not a learn how to swim program.

Swimmers will be grouped according to age and ability to ensure an optimal learning environment. Participants will receive hands-on, individualized instruction from experienced coaches and current members of the Columbia University Men’s and Women’s Varsity Swimming Teams, providing a unique opportunity to learn from elite collegiate athletes in a supportive and motivating setting.
